Feel comfortable with yourself

It has happened to me recently that I´m out of energy for the daily life. The reason is your unhealthy habits and routine that you haven´t change. Have you related? I feel that also the absurd routine of working 9-5 and getting home really tired; doesn´t help that much.

I have this tips that I love to practice every time I feel really down:

  • Rest 8 hours a day so you have energy for the next day
  • Have a Hobby to get motivated
  • Get out to get fresh air like going hiking or just for a walk on the park
  • Real books now and then so you could know more
  • Keep in touch with family and friends, never lose contact
  • Have your meals without skipping any, and have variation of every type of food
  • Drink water
  • Make exercise even a little; everything counts

Doing these small but important changes you´ll see how your body responds. You will start feeling way better and comfortable with yourself.

Siéntete mejor contigo misma

Me ha pasado recientemente que estoy sin energía para la vida diaria. La razón es por nuestros malos hábitos y rutina que no hemos cambiado. ¿Te relacionas? Siento que también la absurda rutina de trabajar 9 a 5 y llegar a casa muy cansada; eso no ayuda mucho.

  • Descansa ocho horas al día para que tengas las energías para el siguiente día
  • Hacer un hobby (actividad que nos gusta) para motivarnos
  • Sal a tomar aire libre de vez ir a correr o solo caminar en el parque
  • Leer libros de vez en cuando para conocer más
  • Mantente en contacto con tu familia y amigos, no pierdas contacto
  • Toma tus comidas sin pasarte ninguna y come con variedad de todo tipo de comidas
  • Bebe agua
  • Haz ejercicio aunque sea poco; todo cuenta

Haciendo estos pequeños pero importantes cambios, comenzaras a notar como tu cuerpo responde. Te sentirás mucho mejor y mejor contigo misma.

  1. Unos consejos estupendos!!! Descansar es fundamental pero tomar el aire y pasear para desconectar no puede faltar para recuperar fuerzas!

  2. This is such a great post and one I’m sure we could all do with at a time when we tend to burn ourselves out! I’ll keep your point in mind to get at least 8 hours sleep a night, for sure 🙂

  3. I actually have felt this before. Especially when you’re out all day working and you feel like you don’t give yourself time to do other things. I agree like the simple things will really keep you motivated, like going out to see friends or from just simply drinking lots of water haha! Hope you won’t feel as tired anymore the following days to come.
