Lo creas o no, los buenos hábitos en tu vida pueden hacer un gran cambio para tu bienestar. Para lograrlo hay que hacer un esfuerzo extra. Todo para sentirnos bien con nosotros. Aplicar estos tips en tu rutina diaria te harán sentir más energética y feliz.

Dieta Equilibrada
Quiere decir que comamos de todo, frutas, verduras, cereales, etc. para estar saludables.
Dormir

Thank you for the 3 bed time tips! I think that is the biggest struggle for me, is to get enough sleep, or to sleep through the entire night, without waking up. I’m going to try and stop looking at my phone right before I go to bed, to see if that will help. Thank you!
