Let´s exfoliate our body with this perfect recipe. Quick knowledge point; you know that even if you take this intense shower you still have death cells? The best way to remove all that is to exfoliate. And the best way to remove death cells is to with a natural recipe. If you can’t afford a day in the spa you can do this amazing recipe which is way better because everything is natural.
We need:
- Honey 2 tbsps.
- Dark sugar ¾ cup
- Olive oil ¾ cup
- A Bowl
Take the bowl and mix all the ingredients in it. Make sure that the mix is well done. Take a shower and get wet so your pores get open. Close the shower and apply it all over your body and let it work around 5 to 10 minutes. After this you can open the shower again a remove everything.
After the shower you´ll notice that your skin is softer than it was. Apply body lotion.

Exfoliemos nuestro cuerpo con esta receta perfecta. Rápido punto de conocimiento; sabes que aunque tomes baños intensos aún quedan células muertas en tu cuerpo? La mejor manera de removerlas es exfoliando. Y la mejor manera de quitar las células muertas es con una receta natural. Si no puedes darte un día en el spa puedes hacer esta maravillosa receta la cual es mucho mejor porque todo es natural.
Necesitamos:
- Miel
- Azúcar morena
- Aceite de oliva
- Recipiente
Toma el recipiente y mezcla todos los ingredientes en él. Asegúrate que la mezcla quede bien hecha. Toma un baño y mójate para que los poros se abran. Cierra la llave de agua y aplica la mezcla en todo tu cuerpo; déjala trabajar alrededor de 5 a 10 minutos. Después de esto abre la regadera de nuevo y remueve la mezcla.
Después de bañarte notaras que tu piel quedara más suave de lo que estaba. Huméctala con crema para el cuerpo.
